I've got some exciting news for you! Saturday, January 14th is National Dreas Up Your Pet Day. I challenge you to dress your furry friends up and to share your pictures!
. . .but what if your pet isn't quite as excited to get accessorized? I know mine are definitely underwhelmed (see my attempt at cat in festive Christmas attire below).
If you love your pets as much as I do, then I'm sure you agree that it isn't much fun for them to have to dread this annual holiday. So, let's put our own twist on it. Let's "Dress Up Your Pet's Day" instead!
I scoured the internet for little ways to pamper my cats. I tried a variety of DIY cat toys, but they were very unimpressed by them all. That's when I decided to go back to the basics and created a cat crowd pleaser.
You'll Need:
A dowel
A screw eye hook
Ribbon
How it's done:
Screw the eye hook into one end of your dowel. Tie ribbons into the eye hook. You can use as many or as few as you like. That's it!
